What changed in RadPro AI and RadPro Hub, month by month, newest first. RadPro AI drafts report text from your own findings; you review, edit and sign every report.
The Account page has a Download my data card. It saves one file with the main information your account holds: your profile, plan and settings, consent records, sign-in history, usage counts, organizations, templates and house style rules, and a list of your reports by date and status. Each report's text is downloaded from My Reports.
The file also lists what it leaves out and how to ask us for the rest.
If your account has not yet accepted the Terms of Service dated October 24, 2026, RadPro AI shows the agreement on the report page before your next report runs. Nothing is processed until you accept.
Some Smart workflow runs showed "Preparing report" and then the whole report at once, because the run and the live connection to your browser could be handled by different servers. The text now appears as it is written. A run started while we are releasing an update can still show its text only at the end.
The box for getting-started tips, usage reminders, product news and offers on the sign-up form now starts unticked. For accounts created from November 3, 2026, we send those emails only if you tick it. Accounts created before then keep their current setting, which you can change on the Account page. Emails about your account, billing and security are sent either way, and every product email has an unsubscribe link.
New accounts are asked whether they practise in a hospital, a clinic or independently. If you choose Hospital, RadPro AI reminds you that you need your hospital's approval before you use it with patient information. Accounts created before this change are not asked.
Our team can now set up a hospital, clinic or radiology group as an organization in RadPro AI. Members join by an emailed invitation and choose which organization each new report is for. The organization's administrators manage members and settings such as required MFA and the sign-out time, and can download a record of activity on the organization's reports. Administrators never see report text, and members never see each other's reports.
Nothing changes for an account that does not belong to an organization.
On the Account page you can have RadPro AI delete your reports once they reach an age you choose: 30 days, 90 days, 1 year or 6 years. It is off unless you turn it on, and before you save, the page shows how many reports the next run would delete.
Copies in our encrypted database backups are removed as those backups expire, within 35 days, and the older archive copies kept from our move to a new host are deleted by January 20, 2027.
Security hardening: the Hub's local connection answers only the RadPro AI site, and for computers shared by several Windows users, Run as administrator is refused when other users could change the Hub's folder and the Hub's study key is sealed to your Windows account. Installed copies from 1.3.19 on offer it through Restart to update.
We published updated Terms of Service, dated October 24, 2026. Section 3 now states what RadPro AI is for and its limits: it drafts report text from your own findings for you to review, edit and sign; it does not interpret images or make the diagnosis; and it is not intended to support time-critical decisions.
New accounts accept these Terms at sign-up, and existing accounts accept them in the app from November 3.
When a drafted impression recommends a follow-up interval, a test or another next step, it is now drafted to name the published guideline or society statement and its year in the same item, for example "per Fleischner Society 2017 guidelines". Where no such source applies, the step is drafted as a consideration, without an interval. Your own recommendations stay in your words.
With the DDx switch on, the impression now notes that its differentials are drafted without sources, with a button that runs Advanced DDX for sources.
The PHI Redaction switch is gone, for every plan. In the report text you type, paste or send from RadPro Hub, RadPro AI looks for names, dates of birth, record numbers and other identifiers and replaces the ones it finds with placeholders before the text goes to the AI service, then puts them back in your result. It now also checks the text again when you press Process, so text pasted just before you press it is covered too.
Text transcribed from a screenshot or photo during a Smart workflow run is not de-identified; it is processed only on the AI service covered by our Business Associate Addendum with Amazon Web Services.
Anything you mark Not PHI in the review list is sent as you wrote it.
How we protect patient information
RadPro AI moved to Amazon Web Services in Montreal, Canada. Your account, saved reports, templates and the audit log are stored there. You did not need to do anything; if you use the RadPro AI window inside RadPro Hub, use Hub 1.4.1 or later.
RadPro Hub now runs from the folder you unzip it to and updates itself there, with nothing to install. RadPro AI opens in a window of its own inside the Hub, and Google sign-in finishes once in your browser. An installed copy moves itself into a folder of its own. The Hub keeps its settings and audit trail in its folder, and Remove RadPro Hub from this computer clears the rest.
Released the same day, 1.3.28 added Run as administrator, for workstations where the dictation system runs with administrator rights. Version 1.4.1, on October 23, connects the RadPro AI window to our new hosting and adds a Getting started card.
With version 1.3.26, sending the report and pasting the polished report back work again with PowerScribe One, and transfers are more reliable. Version 1.3.27, on October 12, finds the copy button on the RadPro AI page by a fixed name rather than by its wording, in the full view and in Mini Mode.
Version 1.3.24 made paste-back fail when the RadPro AI page was the window in front. Version 1.3.25 undoes that change and keeps everything else in 1.3.23.
A Book a 30-minute orientation link sits beside Feedback on the report page and in Mini Mode. It requests a free session with our team to set RadPro AI up around the way you report.
An optional round-trip key sends the report and, when the polished report is ready, pastes it back by itself, but only while the same study is still open, the microphone is off and you are not typing; otherwise the Hub tells you the report is ready. The key is blank until you choose one in Settings.
A new key, Alt+Shift+Backtick, pastes back only the impression. On PowerScribe 360, a new install pastes the polished report over the findings and impression and keeps the lines above them and your sign-off lines below.
In the full view, the polished report is now the main view: a writing page with report headings in the margin and a numbered strip for the steps (Template, Findings, Impression, Report, QA). Copy full report is the one main button, and it copies the same text RadPro Hub pastes back.
QA, guidelines, Advanced DDX, the literature review and Ask for a change sit together beside the report. A QA fix opens as tracked changes that you accept or discard, one item at a time or all together. Mini Mode keeps its look.
Under a finished impression, a strip suggests a published follow-up guideline for impression lines it may apply to, such as Fleischner Society 2017 for a lung nodule. The wizard asks the guideline's questions one at a time, keeps your line word for word and adds the guideline's wording with its name and year, in a preview you can edit before it replaces the line. Guidelines and calculators opens the full list, with calculators for volumes, adrenal washout and PSA density.
The list includes the ACR incidental findings guidance, TI-RADS, Bosniak, Lung-RADS, PI-RADS, LI-RADS and O-RADS. The wizards run in your browser and make no AI call, and nothing is sent until you update the line. They are on every plan; in Mini Mode they open from the Guidelines button.
A DDx switch beside Fast Mode adds short differential considerations, for you to weigh, to findings the drafted impression leaves indeterminate. It is not meant for normal findings or definite diagnoses, and the setting is remembered for your account.
Choosing Impression only, or starting your text with "impression only", now drafts the impression from your dictation in one step. It no longer builds a template and findings first, so the impression arrives sooner.
A Show my dictation switch on Structure Report shows the sentences that came from your dictation in green and leaves template wording plain, so you can see what you said at a glance. Copy still copies plain text.
Advanced DDX now lists differential considerations ranked in words (more likely, less likely, consider), each with the findings from your report for and against it, then guideline references for follow-up for your consideration and a numbered list of the sources it cites, with their links. It no longer gives percentages.
Image transcription takes screenshots or photos of text documents: typed reports, requisitions and worksheets. It is not intended to receive or analyze medical images; if a picture does not look like a text document, you get a message instead of a transcript.
A template from Generate Template that passes its checks now goes straight on to processing, without a review pause; a template that needs review still stops for you. To change the template afterwards, use Change template on the finished report: Edit the text is on every plan, and Describe a change is on Premium.
Every report saved from this release on has its text and results encrypted at rest, whether or not identifiers were found in it.
On the Account page you can choose to be signed out after 15, 30 or 60 minutes without input; otherwise the limit is 24 hours. Only your own typing, clicks and scrolling in that browser keep a session open. Closing the browser ends the session unless the browser restores your previous session, and signing out empties the clipboard where the browser allows.
An MFA code now confirms only the sign-in it was entered for, not every device on your account, so each new sign-in asks for its own code.
Five new short films on synthetic cases joined the Videos page: getting started, templates, RadPro Hub, what the AI sees, and hard cases with Advanced DDX and the literature review. Each plays with sound when you press play and has a written transcript.
The feedback form in the app is now text only, and RadPro AI removes the identifiers it finds in what you write before the message is stored or sent to our team.
Premium accounts can keep their own report templates, in their own wording, on the new My Templates page. Generate Template adapts your matching template line by line instead of writing a new one, and the IMPRESSION section of your template is used as the default impression when the findings are normal. House style rules, such as what to call a section, shape the templates RadPro AI writes, and a chat assistant proposes changes across many templates for you to approve before anything is saved.
The Templates button in the report input now lists your own templates first. Templates are encrypted at rest. On the free plan you can still import and delete templates in Settings.
A Delete account card on the Account page cancels any subscription and deletes your reports, templates and settings. Records we have to keep, such as the audit log and invoices, are kept.

The Hotkeys card describes each key in plain words. The optional extra key sets are off in the Secure edition until you turn them on in Settings.
From version 1.3.19, the Secure edition checks radpro.ai for a newer signed version and installs it when you choose Restart to update; it never restarts by itself. Older versions need one manual download. Version 1.3.18, the same day, made paste-back find the copy button again after its name changed.
When your dictation names the exam but has no impression yet, the Smart workflow now starts from a template for that exam, so organs you did not mention get the template's normal wording, for you to review.
If a step of a Smart workflow run fails, the steps that finished are kept, and Retry this step carries on from the one that failed, in the full view and in Mini Mode.
Generate Template now works out the exam from your text (modality, body regions, contrast and side) before it writes, builds the template from the library templates that cover those regions, and shows which template each region came from. RadPro Hub can pass on the exam name from your dictation system's order panel when your text does not name one.
New accounts start with the Smart workflow on. Paste or send your text and RadPro AI plans the steps it needs, such as a template, findings, an impression and QA, and shows the plan as the run starts; Stop & change lets you pick another. Accounts that had switched it off keep their choice.
The Download page now offers the Secure edition of RadPro Hub to every user: no cloud AI inside the helper, no stored passwords, a clipboard wipe after each transfer and an audit trail on the workstation.
We list here the main changes you can see in RadPro AI and RadPro Hub, dated by the day they reached you. Smaller fixes and changes are not all listed.
Updated Terms of Service are also shown in the app before they apply to your account. RadPro Hub offers its own updates through Restart to update, and the report page lets you know when your Hub is older than the current version.
