01History

The Story

RadPro AI wasn't built by a software company that discovered radiology. It was built by a radiologist who got tired of watching complex cases (the trauma pan-scan with twenty-plus findings, the oncology follow-up with lesions across three prior studies) take time to organize into a clear report.

The idea is simple: dictate the case the way you actually think through it, freeform, and let AI handle the structure: organized sections, a synthesized impression, quality checks, and differential support when the case is genuinely hard. You review every word and you sign the report. The medicine stays yours.

The founder still practices and still runs RadPro AI on real worklists. Every feature exists because a working radiologist needed it.

Built by a Radiologist, for Radiologists

RadPro AI is independent: no vendor lock-in and no sales committee. Just a tool a radiologist built for colleagues who read the hard cases. Radiologists in private practice can start on their own; if you report for a hospital or group, it decides which tools may handle patient information, and we can provide an agent agreement and a description of our safeguards for its review.

Identifier detection and replacement before AI processing (you review each item, since detection can miss some), encryption of every stored report, audit logging, and automatic session timeouts. Reports are stored in Toronto, Canada; the AI steps run on Amazon Web Services in the United States.
