A 60-second walkthrough of one trauma pan-scan in RadPro AI: the radiologist dictates only the positive findings, in any order, and sends them with one hotkey. Patient identifiers are masked before processing. RadPro matches the exam to its structured template, places each finding under the right heading, writes an impression with the most urgent finding first, and runs a quality check that catches a laterality mismatch. Advanced differentials and a literature review are one click away, and the finished report is pasted back into the reporting system to review and sign.

Example: PET-CT breast cancer staging. Point at a dictated line, or tap it, to see where it went. The normal statements came from the exam's template, for you to review.

CLINICAL INDICATION:

Locally advanced invasive ductal breast cancer. Baseline staging. Stage IIB T2 N1.

TECHNIQUE:

18F-FDG PET and CT images were acquired from the base of the skull to the proximal femurs. The CT scan was performed without intravenous/oral contrast and does not replace a diagnostic CT scan. The CT scan was performed for purposes of anatomic localization and attenuation correction of the PET data. SUV values provided below reflect maximum values unless otherwise stated.

Approximately 1 hour after injecting 8.6 mCi of F-18 FDG, PET imaging was performed. Patient blood glucose = 6.5 mmol/L.

For internal reference purposes, the SUVmax of the mediastinal/blood pool = 2.8, the SUVmax of the liver = 3.6.

COMPARISON:

Ultrasound and mammogram 11/19/2025

FINDINGS:

BASE OF SKULL AND NECK:

No hypermetabolic cervical chain or supraclavicular lymphadenopathy.

No focal thyroid uptake.

Physiologic salivary, pharyngeal, laryngeal and muscular uptake appears symmetric.

THORAX:

There is a single hypermetabolic right level 1 axillary lymph node (SUV 21.0; 606: 345).

Hypermetabolic right outer breast mass (SUV 14.4; 606:313).

No hypermetabolic pulmonary nodule. No pleural or pericardial effusion.

ABDOMEN AND PELVIS:

No hypermetabolic abdominal or pelvic lymphadenopathy.

No hypermetabolic disease in the liver, gallbladder, biliary tree, spleen, kidneys, adrenal glands and pancreas. There is physiologic FDG activity within the gastrointestinal and genitourinary system. The spleen is normal in size.

MUSCULOSKELETAL:

No hypermetabolic osseous lesions.

IMPRESSION:

  1. FDG-avid right breast mass consistent with known primary invasive ductal carcinoma.
  2. Single FDG-avid right level 1 axillary lymph node highly suspicious for regional nodal metastasis.
  3. No evidence of distant metastatic disease.

06FindingsWhat's included

Everything you need to transform your reporting workflow.

  • PHI Safeguards:

PHI detection and replacement for you to review, encryption, audit trails, and session timeouts.

  • Advanced Reasoning:

Differential considerations for unclear lesions. Describe what you see and get possibilities with the findings for and against each, for you to weigh.

  • Any EMR, Any Dictation:

Works with Dragon, PowerScribe, or any dictation software. The web app needs no installation; the optional Windows helper runs without admin rights.

  • Intelligent Impressions:

Draft impressions built from your findings, with staging, critical findings, and follow-up guidance for you to review.

07HistoryFrom the founder

Why RadPro AI exists.

RadPro AI started as the tool I wished I had at the end of a long shift: a trauma pan-scan with twenty-plus findings, a complex oncology follow-up, and an impression that still had to tie it all together clearly.

So I built it, and I use it on my own worklist. It doesn't read images and it doesn't replace my judgment. It takes my freeform dictation and hands me back a clean, structured draft with an impression that actually synthesizes the case, so my attention stays on the medicine instead of the formatting.

If your hardest cases are where your evenings go, I built this for you. Try it on your next complex case. The first ten reports each month are free.

09AddendumQuestions from colleagues

Frequently asked questions.

No! RadPro AI is an add-on tool that works alongside your existing PACS and dictation system. Use it when you need help with complex reports, skip it for simple ones. It's designed to enhance your workflow, not replace it.

RadPro AI uses a combination of specialized AI agents working in unison, each focused on a specific aspect of report creation. One agent structures your dictation, another generates intelligent impressions, a third synthesizes case-relevant research, and a quality assurance agent double-checks the entire output for consistency and completeness. Each step can also run on its own, and you review and sign every draft.

Radiologists in private practice can start on their own. If you read for a hospital or a group, your hospital or group decides which tools may handle patient information; we provide an agent agreement, a privacy impact assessment summary and a security summary for that review.

The more complex the case, the better. RadPro AI is built for complex, multi-faceted cases: trauma pan-scans, oncology follow-ups with multiple lesions, and multi-system pathology. It also helps keep many findings organized on cases late in a shift. You review every draft before you sign.

RadPro AI helps you maintain high quality while cutting the time complex reports take. It catches inconsistencies, helps you keep track of multiple findings, and drafts comprehensive impressions for you to review, all while helping you get home on time.

No. RadPro is a reporting assistant, not an image interpretation tool. It works on the findings you dictate or paste, and on text transcribed from screenshots of text documents such as typed reports. We focus on what AI can genuinely accelerate today: structuring your dictation, drafting impressions from your findings, and listing differential considerations for complex cases. The clinical interpretation remains where it belongs: with you.

RadPro AI is built with PHI safeguards: it looks for common identifiers (names, dates, record and health card numbers and similar) and replaces what it finds with placeholders before AI processing, encrypts reports in transit and at rest, keeps audit logs, and ends idle sessions. Detection can miss items, so the identifiers it found are highlighted for you to review. Your reports are stored in Toronto. The AI steps run on Amazon Web Services in the United States; with identifier protection on, the text sent there carries placeholders instead of the identifiers RadPro AI detected. A Business Associate Agreement is available on request for HIPAA covered entities.
