Accessibility Statement

RadPro AI is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities.

Last updated: November 27, 2025

01Our Commitment to Accessibility

RadPro AI is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all of our users.

We believe that healthcare technology should be accessible to all healthcare professionals, regardless of their abilities. We strive to make our radiology reporting assistant platform usable by the widest possible audience, including those using assistive technologies.

02Conformance Status

We are actively working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance requires that web content be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. While we continue to work toward full conformance, we have implemented many accessibility features and regularly conduct accessibility audits to identify and address any gaps.

03Current Accessibility Features

Our platform includes the following accessibility features:

Semantic HTML Structure: We use proper HTML5 semantic elements to ensure content is properly structured and navigable by assistive technologies.

Keyboard Navigation Support: All interactive elements can be accessed and operated using keyboard-only navigation. Users can navigate through the interface using Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, and Space keys.

Color Contrast Ratios: We meet WCAG 2.1 AA color contrast requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text) to ensure text is readable for users with visual impairments.

Form Labels and Error Messages: All form inputs have clear, descriptive labels and provide helpful error messages that are announced to screen readers.

Responsive Design: Our platform adapts to various screen sizes and devices, supporting different viewport sizes and orientations.

Alternative Text for Images: All meaningful images include descriptive alt text to convey information to users who cannot see them.

04Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of our platform may have accessibility limitations:

Complex Medical Data Visualizations: Some advanced data visualizations and charts may not be fully accessible to screen reader users. We are working on providing alternative data representations and text descriptions.

Real-time Streaming Content: The real-time AI report generation and streaming features may have limited screen reader support due to rapid content updates. We provide static alternatives where possible.

Third-party Components: Some third-party integrations and components may have their own accessibility limitations. We carefully evaluate all third-party tools and work with vendors to address accessibility issues.

We are actively working to address these limitations and improve accessibility across all features of our platform.

05Compatibility

RadPro AI is designed to be compatible with the following technologies:

Modern Web Browsers: Chrome (latest), Firefox (latest), Safari (latest), and Microsoft Edge (latest).

Screen Readers: NVDA (Windows), JAWS (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), and TalkBack (Android).

Mobile Devices and Tablets: Our responsive design works on iOS and Android devices with various screen sizes.

Operating Systems: Windows 10 and later, macOS 11 and later, iOS 14 and later, Android 9 and later.

For the best experience, we recommend keeping your browser and assistive technologies up to date with the latest versions.

Regular Accessibility Audits: We conduct periodic accessibility audits using both automated tools and manual testing with assistive technologies.

Staff Training: Our development team receives regular training on accessibility best practices and WCAG guidelines.

User Testing: We work with users who rely on assistive technologies to test new features and identify accessibility issues.

Incremental Updates: We prioritize and address accessibility issues in our regular development cycle, making continuous improvements to the platform.

Standards Monitoring: We stay informed about evolving accessibility standards and best practices to ensure our platform remains current.

We view accessibility not as a one-time effort, but as an ongoing commitment to serving all users effectively.
